libra usage (removed)
Historical usage-report command from the removed built-in coding agent
The top-level libra usage command has been removed. Its provider usage reports served the deleted built-in coding agent; the legacy agent_usage_stats table is frozen.
For the status of supported external-agent capture, use libra agent status.
